1. The neighborhood coordinator
is responsible for putting up Ozone Alert! Day notices in
his/her neighborhood (AND VERY IMPORTANTLY, ALSO MAKING SURE
THE NOTICES ARE TAKEN DOWN WHEN THE ALERT! DAY IS OVER).
2. Whenever opportunity presents itself, educates individuals
and business in his/her neighborhood about voluntary actions
that are recommended on Ozone Alert! Days.
3. Sets a positive clean-air example on Ozone Alert! Days.
4. If/When moving out of your neighborhood, recruit your Ozone
Alert! Neighborhood Coordinator replacement (let us know you're
leaving and be sure to sign him/her up before you go!)
